President Kovind: Exercise discretion in court utterances

Hailing the judiciary for maintaining the highest standards of conduct and for being the most trusted institution in which people have reposed faith, President Ram Nath Kovind, however, said judges should exercise utmost discretion while passing observations in court proceedings as it could lead to dubious interpretation.
